Thanks to all who joined us for breakfast on Sunday 3rd May from the comfort of your own home and helped us to raise funds for Christian Aid.
Funds will go straight to Christian Aid for Christian Aid week which takes place between 10th -16th May 2020

500ml Carrot Juice
200g Pineapple (canned or fresh)
2 Bananas broken into chunks
small piece of ginger peeled
20g Cashew Nuts
Juice 1 lime
Put all the ingredients into a blender and whizz until smooth
Drink straight way or put in a sealed container and will keep for a day
8 Large Eggs
100g Grated Cheddar
a splash of milk
small bunch of chives, snipped
4 Large Croissants
In a bowl whisk the eggs, cheddar, milk and some seasoning. Pour into a saucepan and heat gently, stirring continuously, until softly scrambled. Stir in chives, then split open the croissants (warm them first if you have an oven) and put the scrambled eggs inside.
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
50g rolled porridge oats
2 tbsp Natural Yoghurt
50g Mixed Berries
drizzle of honey
1/2 tbsp nut butter
The night before mix the cinnamon, oats and 100ml of water (or milk) together and store in a container overnight
The next day loosen with a little more water or milk and top with the yogurt, berries, a drizzle of hiney and the nut butter.
